1. Explore the Chora (main town) of Paros: The Chora is a picturesque town with narrow alleyways, Cycladic architecture, and traditional, white-washed buildings. Take a leisurely stroll through the town, visit local shops, cafes, and restaurants, and soak in the charming atmosphere.
2. Visit the Church of Panagia Ekatontapiliani: This Byzantine church is one of the oldest and most important churches in Greece. Admire its beautiful architecture and learn about its rich history.
3. Take a walk along the Parikia waterfront: Enjoy a peaceful walk along the waterfront promenade of Paros, lined with cafes, bars, and restaurants. Take in the scenic views of the sea and watch the boats go by.
4. Explore the Archaeological Museum of Paros: Learn about the island’s ancient history and admire artifacts dating back to prehistoric times. The museum exhibits archaeological finds from Paros and the surrounding islands.
5. Visit the Butterfly Valley: Take a nature walk through the Butterfly Valley (Petaloudes) during winter. Although the butterflies may not be present during this season, you can still enjoy the peaceful surroundings and the natural beauty of the valley.
6. Sample local cuisine: Winter is a great time to indulge in the delicious local cuisine of Paros. The gastronomic scene of Paros is unarguably diverse, first-rate, and delicious. Elegant seafront restaurants or cozy taverns are hidden along the paved alleyways. When visiting a seafront tavern or restaurant, it is highly recommended to try local seafood delicacies like Gouna (sun-dried and roasted mackerel) or Kakavia (fish soup).
7. Visit the villages of Naoussa and Lefkes: Naoussa is a charming fishing village known for its quaint streets, traditional houses, and vibrant nightlife. Lefkes, on the other hand, is a mountain village with stunning views and traditional Cycladic architecture.

Keep in mind that winter is considered the off-season in Paros, so some shops, restaurants, and attractions may have reduced hours or be closed. However, the island still retains its charm and beauty, making it worth a visit even during this time.
